Plain English, like everything else we write.
The short version: we don't track you. No analytics of our own, no advertising pixels, and no cookies of our own. The only personal information we hold is what you deliberately send us through this site's two forms.
Two things, both volunteered by you: consultation requests (name, email, organization, role, optional phone, areas of interest, and your message) and launch-notification signups (your email address). That's it. This site has no accounts and takes no payments.
What you send us arrives by email at info@zerosilos.ai, sent on our behalf by an email delivery service (named under Third parties, below). We use it to respond to you, schedule the consultation you asked for, and send the one launch email you signed up for. We do not sell, rent, or share your information, and we won't add you to any mailing list you didn't ask for.
We set no cookies. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data (such as IP addresses and browser information) to operate and secure the site, and may set strictly necessary security cookies, as described in Cloudflare's own privacy policy. That data helps Cloudflare identify threats and protect the site from abuse; we do not use it for tracking or marketing, nor do we attempt to identify individuals from it.
We keep correspondence as long as we need it to work with you. Email info@zerosilos.ai to ask what we hold about you or to request deletion; we'll comply for personal information submitted through this site, subject to any legal or operational retention obligations.
Cloudflare (site hosting), Resend (which delivers your form submission to us as an email), and our email provider process messages on our behalf. External sites we link to, such as LinkedIn and YouTube, have their own policies.
Google, in two places on the home page. The video player is served by YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode and loads only when you press play, so YouTube receives nothing from you until then. Some video thumbnail images, however, are served from YouTube's image host when the page loads, which means Google receives the request for them (including your IP address) before you interact with anything. Separately, the typefaces on the home page are served by Google Fonts, which receives that request too. Neither sets cookies for us, and neither is used for tracking or marketing by us. We would rather serve both ourselves, and intend to.
Your browser keeps a copy of what you submit, briefly. When you send a consultation request or sign up for channel notifications, your browser stores that submission locally so nothing is lost while it is on its way, and removes it as soon as the attempt finishes. It is not a cookie and it is not sent anywhere else. A copy stays a little longer in two cases: if the attempt never finished, for example because you closed the tab mid-send, and if our form was too busy to accept it, in which case the copy is deliberately kept so your details are not lost before you try again. It is cleared the next time a submission from the same address goes through. On a shared or public computer, clear your browser's site data for zerosilos.ai.
