Privacy

What we collect

Two things, both volunteered by you: consultation requests (name, email, organization, role, optional phone, areas of interest, and your message) and launch-notification signups (your email address). That's it. This site has no accounts and takes no payments.

How we use it

What you send us arrives by email at info@zerosilos.ai through our hosting provider. We use it to respond to you, schedule the consultation you asked for, and send the one launch email you signed up for. We do not sell, rent, or share your information, and we won't add you to any mailing list you didn't ask for.

Cookies & technical data

We set no cookies. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data (such as IP addresses and browser information) to operate and secure the site, and may set strictly necessary security cookies, as described in Cloudflare's own privacy policy. That data helps Cloudflare identify threats and protect the site from abuse; we do not use it for tracking or marketing, nor do we attempt to identify individuals from it.

Retention & your choices

We keep correspondence as long as we need it to work with you. Email info@zerosilos.ai to ask what we hold about you or to request deletion; we'll comply for personal information submitted through this site, subject to any legal or operational retention obligations.

Third parties

Cloudflare (site hosting and email routing) and our email provider process messages on our behalf. Embedded videos are served by YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode and load only when you press play. External sites we link to, such as LinkedIn and YouTube, have their own policies.

Children

This site is for businesses. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

1. Everything on this site, including the memos, guides, and demos, is general information, not legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. Talk to your own advisors before acting on it.
2. Consulting and training engagements are governed solely by a signed statement of work; nothing on this site is a binding offer.
3. Client outcomes shown here are real engagements, anonymized under NDA. Past results are not a promise of yours.
4. Where site content discusses AI technologies or outcomes, it is informational and reflects the state of the technology at the time of publication; actual AI performance varies and is subject to inherent limitations and risks.
5. Site content is © Zero Silos. Don't reproduce it commercially without permission.
6. The site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind; to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from its use.
7. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
